Hurricane Helene was an engineered storm, it was not entirely natural.
Note the “beam” captured in this doppler radar image image. RF and scalar means are used to intensify or steer weather.
Once a storm like this goes over land, it usually weakens. From ChatGPT:
Loss of Moisture Supply: Hurricanes derive their energy from warm ocean waters. When they move over land, they lose their source of moisture and heat, which significantly reduces their strength.
Increased Friction: The rough surface of the land increases friction, which disrupts the organized circulation of the hurricane. This increased friction causes a decrease in wind speed.
Cooling Effect: The land surface is generally cooler than the ocean, which reduces the overall energy available to sustain the hurricane.
Because of these factors, hurricanes usually weaken rapidly once they make landfall, losing wind intensity and eventually dissipating as they move further inland. However, they can still bring heavy rain and cause flooding even as their winds subside.
This part of the country has had many hurricanes like this come through, but there was never weather like this anyone alive can remember. How did this storm get so much power and rain?
Here is a video worth watching that got 3m views before it was removed from Tik Tok. It explains the patents granted for “Hurricane and Tornado Control Device” and radar screen captures with telltale scalar and RF beams used to enhance and steer the storm:

They want this part of North Carolina for the rich hardrock lithium deposits and pure quartz used for AI chipmaking. If you’ve been sleeping for the past 20 years, lithium is the key component in batteries to store power and run electronics. The quartz from one mine there is the key supply used worldwide for chipmaking. From Twitter:
These rural, mountain communities are hard to reach with 5G. They wanted to depopulate, move the remaining folks to more populated areas and then reclaim the area for the mining contracts. These contracts, which met with local resistance, are because Western NC is the only place we have our own LITHIUM & QUARTZ reserves, both necessary for an Ai/digital future. Right now we are reliant on other countries. Let that sink in. Your govt will take you out for THEIR agenda.
News stories talked about this region being rich in the new “gold”, aka Lithium and a very specific Quartz, which are the foundation of the tech that will rule the world.
Rescue Efforts are being Thwarted…Why??
These two videos speak for themselves…why would they want to let people die?
Games are being played with emergency services, however the locals are getting wind of this and starting to push back. Here’s one post from Twitter of an experienced relief person noticing…
They are Trying to Control the Flow of Donation Money
As for donations, here is a tweet pushed into the memory hole almost immediately. They want to control the flows of all money. If people received too many donations, they could rebuild, after all and they are out of the control system.

Red Cross and FEMA/TEMA
Has arrived and all donations that have been given to local high school volunteers have been CONFISCATED.
Starting with Davy Crockett High School, They are taking over all volunteer schools in Washington Co, & Greene County.
In order for anyone to get donations that was given they must be approved.
All monetary donations have been taken as well and placed into a TEMA account. If you are unaware of how that works- those items doesn't all get used for this particular disaster.
Volunteers have been asked to leave, and was told in order to help they MUST be trained by United Way.
PLEASE, I know I already made a post on Red Cross and FEMA the other day, but please if you donate, donate to a church or give to individuals.
They cannot take supplies from churches! Church members will make sure your donations get to the correct hands.
We are still taking donations here, as well as picking up donations this weekend- our donations will be going directly to churches for them to help the communities.
I know several others that are picking up donations and taking them as well.
And if you would rather donate directly to a church for a church to take- I can put you in contact with churches also.
The Real Money is in the Cleanup
The FEMA disaster cleanup money (what hasn’t already been spent on housing illegals) can exceed the property values and they make you sign a contract giving the contractor certain rights over the property. If you are considering have the county/FEMA do the cleanup on your property, carefully read the contract. They can require tearing out perfectly good foundations to make rebuilding even more expensive. If you have flood insurance, the cleanup portion of any flood insurance will be applied to the FEMA bill…so you should assume that is gone, assuming FEMA uses “approved” contractors similar to the ones used in our wildfire cleanup. Always remember…they can’t legally force you to buy any product, you can always do the cleanup yourself, but they could put restrictions on the waste disposal at a landfill and deem things to be “hazardous”.
In the case of a wildfire at a cabin we owned, the contractor kept about $30,000 worth of our redwood logs. The logs were cut to 14 foot lengths, not the usual 40 foot lengths to go on a log truck. I found out later they were putting the logs in shipping containers and sending them to China. Here is a copy of the receipt from the clean up on a part of our property in Northern California after a wildfire. Keep in mind the property was worth $600k and our logger estimated it would have cost him $40,000 to do the same job:
Always follow the money. They like money. It is always one of the prime considerations for all of their operations.
The paperwork to reoccupy your property will be a lot of work to navigate and there are many “gotchas” including hazardous waste, disposal of debris, permitting and rebuilding - they don’t make it easy. As for debris disposal, if you are in a remote area, it can be a DIY project if you have a backhoe or tractor digging a trench will make a lot of it disappear. “The burn pile is your friend” is what people say in the country and these can be run at night in the rain — anything burnable should be burned, that will eliminate 95% of the volume. Construction material and skilled labor costs have skyrocketed in the past five years, too, so rebuilding might mean you now have a smaller home. If cleaning up after a major flood and storm is anything like the wildfire cleanup we went through, it’s one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had to do. You’ll also find vulture land buyout offers in your mailbox, there are people who follow disasters like this to get “fire” or “flood" damaged discounts.
Conclusion: Their goal is the same with all of these operations and there is only one conclusion. You will own nothing and be happy. They want your land. Your political affiliation means zero: Blue or Red, they want you dead.
"They want your land. Your political affiliation means zero: Blue or Red, they want you dead."
There is a substack from the 2nd Smartest Guy in the World. His tagline is "They want you dead; do not comply." Your writing is different than his, but you've both come to the same conclusion.
Great post BTW.
Great article, DtW. During the New Orleans flood, I had a radio show and found the same pattern of preventing aid from getting in, not letting civilians help, suing someone who took a motorboat to rescue people from rooftops, keeping buildings condemned so people couldn't get back in. The land that flooded, I found out, was owned by the first free blacks in the country and had been kept from generation to generation. Gentrification by disaster capitalism.
It also parallels what was done to Appalachia 200 yrs ago for coal mining. I did some videos about that, which I posted in this Substack: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/appalachian-rage, especially the linked YT called How Whites Were Trashed. I'll have to put that into a Substack.
I was close to the Sonoma engineered disaster, along with Paradise and closest of all, the directed energy 'lightning' fires. One town stayed and fought it themselves, and it's the only one that survived. I remember seeing photos after where the power company cut down all the redwoods on the property, left 10' stumps, and stacked it all on their trailer pad where they'd planned to live while they rebuilt. None of this is natural.
And this is one on our 'disaster': https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/hazy-daze-and-tinfoil-skies.
