WEF: "why do we need elections? Because we know what the result will be."
not even hiding it any more
If you thought rigged voting machines were a thing (see Twitter account @Genghis_Khan911), Prof. Klaus Schwab at WEF talking with Google’s Sergey Brin is proposing taking things to the next level — predicting outcomes of elections, based on everyone’s fully transparent information (including your conversations, text messages, phone calls, emails, online behavior, etc.) and of course whatever outcome They desire. Don’t even bother to vote, we will take care of this for you, is the message being sent.
“So technology now is and, uh, digital technologies mainly have an analytical power. Now we go into a predictive power, and we have seen the first examples, and your company very much involved into it. But since the next step could be to go into pre-scripted mode, which means, um, uh, you you do not even have to have elections anymore because you can already, uh, predict, uh, predict. And afterwards, you can say, why do we need elections? Because we know what the result will be.”
